Available as a scheduled maintenance contract or a one-off clean, all carried out with the same water-fed pole system.

Window cleaning

Interior and exterior window cleaning for retail units, offices and commercial premises, using water-fed pole systems — safe access up to three storeys without ladders or scaffolding.

High-rise & multi-storey access

IPAF-trained access for high-rise buildings and multi-storey sites beyond the reach of a water-fed pole, using mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs).

Canopy & rooftop cleaning

Cleaning of shop canopies, skylights and flat roof lights — commonly specified for retail and facilities management contracts.

Render & facade cleaning

Removal of dirt, algae and staining from rendered exterior walls and shopfronts, to maintain site appearance and kerb presence.

Pressure washing

Forecourt, car park, patio and external surface washing to remove dirt, moss and grime from commercial and residential sites.

Gutter maintenance

Scheduled gutter clearing and cleaning to prevent blockages, overflow and water damage to the building fabric.
